Hezbollah has announced that it carried out a series of coordinated military operations targeting Israeli forces and positions across northern Israel and along the southern Lebanese frontier on Monday.
In a statement, the group said a total of 41 separate operations were conducted during the day, which it described as a response to alleged violations of a ceasefire arrangement and continued Israeli military activity in southern Lebanon.
The reported strikes included rocket fire and drone attacks aimed at Israeli troop concentrations, air defence systems, and military installations in northern Israel. Hezbollah stated that several military gatherings in settlements including Kiryat Shmona and Ma’alot-Tarshiha were among the targets.
The group also claimed responsibility for an attack on an Israeli air command facility and an Iron Dome air defence launcher, which it said was struck using an explosive drone.
Along the border region in southern Lebanon, Hezbollah reported ongoing confrontations and ambush operations against Israeli forces operating near multiple villages, including Dibbine, al-Qantara, Yohmor al-Shaqif, and areas close to Beaufort Castle.
The developments come amid continued tension and sporadic cross-border exchanges, while Israeli authorities have not yet provided a detailed public response to the latest claims.
The situation along the border remains highly unstable, with both sides maintaining military alertness.
